SimulatorBooking Legal
Training Center Terms
Terms for training centers and suppliers using SimulatorBooking.
This browser version is provided so users can review the applicable terms before accepting them inside the platform. The formal DOCX legal pack remains available for internal review and launch records.
Supplier responsibility
Training centers are responsible for accuracy and legality of listings, simulator details, availability, pricing, VAT or tax treatment, cancellation rules, certifications, instructor and examiner arrangements, insurance, safety standards, and training delivery.
Proposals and availability
A training center must only send proposals it can reasonably perform. If crew assignments are to be determined later, this must be clearly indicated and completed before the relevant sessions.
Slots may be held while a payment is pending. Training centers should promptly communicate if a manual review is needed because a bank transfer has not arrived within the expected timeframe.
Fees, commissions and Stripe fees
SimulatorBooking may deduct platform commissions, Stripe fees, subscription amounts, or other agreed fees before release to the training center.
The training center must maintain accurate billing details and Stripe onboarding information and is responsible for its own VAT, tax, accounting, and invoicing obligations.
Post-training documents
Training centers must upload required final invoices, attendance logs, training certificates, or other agreed documents within the platform timeline. Failure to provide required post-training documents may trigger reminders, manual review, or refund workflows.
Dry lease bookings may not require training certificates unless separately agreed or required by the parties.
Confidentiality and non-circumvention
Training centers must not attempt to identify or contact a customer outside permitted platform flows before payment confirmation, nor use platform information to bypass SimulatorBooking fees.
Compliance
Training centers must comply with applicable aviation, safety, employment, immigration, tax, data protection, sanctions, export control, and anti-bribery laws and must promptly notify SimulatorBooking of material changes affecting their ability to perform.
